Cash only, South Side, since 1950 — and for a lot of Chicago, this is what tavern-style thin crust means. The crust comes out crispy, the toppings run edge to edge, and the room is no-frills, no-nonsense on purpose. We haven’t filmed it yet, which feels like a gap.
