Family-owned since 1984, Triano’s is a Chicago standby running the city’s full lineup — crackery thin crust (or double dough), plus deep dish and stuffed — and the “Chicago Classic” topped with Italian beef and hot giardiniera. The Chicago Tribune has put it in its Top 25, and Steve Dolinsky’s Pizza City USA and ABC7’s Hungry Hound have both come through.
