The crew crossed into Michigan for this one. Brewster’s anchors the Harbor Country dining scene in New Buffalo: wood-fired pies, thin and crisp with a blistered rim, eaten under ivy in the summer courtyard or against rustic brick inside. We ordered the pepperoni and ricotta. No regrets about the drive.
